It is truly a dream come true to offer Madison Baloy a platform to share her story, a story that’s impacted so many through her platforms and beyond. Diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer and having undergone a colostomy, Madison joins the Lautners to discuss her diagnosis and to reveal how she’s navigating life in the aftermath with such positivity, vulnerability, and authenticity. She explains what “terminal” means, talks about getting her awesome head tattoo, and shares her experience of having to engage in end-of-life conversations at only 26 years old. She also expands on her bucket list and the incredible things that have come from it going viral. While she did not choose to be part of medical discourse or the disabled community, she is taking this opportunity to live life on her terms and offer representation to anyone who can relate.
