Gyeong-sun and Geon-wu are searching desperately for Se-yeong, who has disappeared. Meanwhile, Se-yeong is already at home asleep in Ms. Song’s arms like a baby. Jin-a tells her dad that the only person who can make Se-yeong cry is herself and dad and asks him to make Se-yeong smile. Geon-wu feels pity and guilt toward his daughter who knows nothing of what is going on. Tae-hyeon feels horror and disgust over how So-young tries to insinuate herself to his family. When Tae-hyeon tells So-young to leave him alone, she tells him that there is one more truth that he has to know. Tae-hyeon becomes angry and yells at her but after he sees Jin-a’s picture and discovers the secret of her birth, he feels despair. Se-yeong goes into Geon-wu’s study and suddenly becomes enraged. She tears up the place and everything she can lay her hands on.
