Philly residents looking to cool off during a local block party caused a city wide ban of dumpster pools. Why we even had to go so far as ban something so weird, we’re not sure. You know, it’s funny. We’re all just trying to live. We’re only human. We want food to eat, water to drink, a roof over our head, and a dumpster to swim in. Why you gotta mess with the order of things, Philly? Why?
