Canadian real estate investor Brock brought his girlfriend Christina to San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, in search of money-making opportunities. They fell in love with this coastal paradise and decided to stay for good, but after months of sharing a 700 square foot apartment with another couple, they need a place of their own. What they can't agree on is the budget: Brock wants to spend no more than $500,000 US, but Christine can't imagine spending less than $900,000 US. Can they find a tropical retreat with a price tag they both agree on?
