Unexplainable catastrophes are plaguing the world, each event seeming larger and more unbelievable than the next. Agent Thomas of the United States Terrorist International Division (T.I.D.) heads a team investigating these events. As he prepares to brief the president, a pregnant and uninvited Dr. Virginia Edwards shows up at the T.I.D., claiming to have answers.
