Kaleem was born with a condition which caused his hands and arms to continuously grow and now they weigh a massive two stone between them. As he's getting older, his giant limbs stop him from doing the simplest of chores and even prevent him from going to school. His parents are now seeking expert medical help to try and stop Kaleem's hands from growing any more.
