La Fageda in the north of Spain creates jobs for people with mental health issues or disabilities. Andriy has been working at La Fageda for a few months. Marta and Enrique are long-term employees. They take pride in producing jams and yogurts that compete with international brands in Catalonia's supermarkets. The firm employs around 500 people. It was the brainchild of psychologist Cristóbal Colón, who wanted to prioritise people, not profit.
