I Caught a Shiny Pokemon Before Each Badge (2023x2)

I've always had the idea of wanting to complete a shiny badge quest in a Pokemon game: a challenge where you have to catch a shiny Pokemon before each badge. I decided to give it a shot in Pokemon Scarlet and see just how easily you could do it.
