Frank Leeds, a real estate developer, is mysteriously slain with a spade after following Melissa Warren into the forest. In search of Frank J.R. encounters Emily and her nieces Melissa and Sarah at Big Cedar Lodge, who kill any intruder and J.R. will be their next target.
