His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales gives The Richard Dimbleby Lecture from St James's Palace in London. The heir to the throne has become well-known for identifying key issues ahead of mainstream public thinking, such as encouraging organic food production or emphasising the importance of inter-faith dialogue.
