Andy hopes to become a surgeon and is keen to gain experience, but when two opportunities to assist in theatre are interrupted, he begins to feel he has a long way to go before achieving his goal. Amieth spends a shift shadowing a consultant anaesthetist, and a stint in the dermatology department reinforces Milla's desire to pursue a career in the field.
