There were surprisingly few cuts while putting this together. I de-emphasized a few points, and cut a few small ones, but most of my original script managed to get in here intact. I think the length is a bit long, but I found so many interesting bits that added context to this scenario that it felt like it was all worthwhile. In addition to debunking Lauren’s nonsense, I wanted to take the time to actually learn about the various issues surrounding the refugee crisis that was such a big story in 2017. I debated whether or not to make this video after Lauren Southern’s announcement that she was leaving public life, but aside from her channel still festering on YouTube, I highly suspect she’ll be back one day, and we shouldn’t forget who she is and the sort of garbage she pushes.
