General Thompson, an American officer at an Italian base, throws a huge party at his villa for his daughter's birthday. Desperate for technical problems, he will borrow some of his men from Colonel Calcaterra to repair the stereo system. Serra, Scibetta, Montini and Bertolazzi, not appearing among them, will try in every way to crash.
