Fernando visits a sleepy hamlet near Eastbourne. He drops in on the only restaurant in the village - yet it is failing to get anywhere near enough customers through its doors. The owner converted her front room to open the up-market fish restaurant a decade ago. In the early days, business was booming and people queued around the block for a table.
