Adriano tells Plutarco that in the audit he did, he discovered that someone is stealing money from the company and calls a meeting. Adriano comments at the meeting that, apparently, the embezzlement was done by Plutarco, but Marcela is responsible. Rebeca begs Plutarco to help her keep her position in the company, otherwise she is willing to reveal everything she knows about him. After a diversion of funds is discovered, Fernando accepts to Adriano that he processed these payments, but the idea was Rebeca's.
