Plutarco holds Eva responsible for rehiring Grupo Imperio employees, but this puts their actions at risk. Rebeca tries to unmask Juan Carlos, but is interrupted by Adriano, who reveals to the shareholders of Grupo Imperio that he is engaged to Eva. Plutarco, intrigued, asks Rebeca what he was going to say at the meeting and reminds her that they have a truce.
