Failing to bring the United Planets to their knees with his solar mirrors, The Black Falcon (Prince Baccarratti) sends out a distress signal. Robbie and Tonga, who are photographing the surface of of Planet X, crash into a force screen when they attempt to investigate. Can Buzz and Happy rescue their friends or will they suffer a similar fate?
