Sajjan deliberately misses the gunshots to scare Kartik and challenges him to wrestle with Shakti to win Komal’s hand in marriage. Kartik refuses to accept the challenge, as he believes that it is demeaning to treat Komal like an object in a bet. Sajjan declines his marriage proposal.
