Krishna thinks Pratigya mixed the pickle intentionally. Sajjan Singh is angry when Pratigya says Krishna fell ill after eating Sumitra's preparation. Sumitra provokes Krishna by saying Pratigya may have mixed the rotten pickle by mistake. Krishna is upset with Pratigya. Sumitra pretends to protect her.
