During a passionate heart-to-heart, Ian divulges his knowledge of the tape recorder to Tony. After dismantling Tony’s wall of post-its, the two love birds decide to focus on maximizing their remaining days together. Ben finds Sam drowning in a bathtub, in which seems to be a blatant suicide attempt. Cris and Renzo share a heart-felt moment and imagine a life without drugs. A massive earthquake strikes, leaving Ian in a desperate fight for his life. Frantic Tony paddles Ian’s bloodied body out to sea as he gives his final goodbye.
