Tsuyoshi Kijino cannot forgive the person who injured his beloved wife, Miho. Because of this, a new Hitotsuki emerges, shouting "Traffic safety!" as he obliterate cars and motorcycles, as well as people. Haruka Kito and the rest of the team fight without Taro Momoi, and Jiro Momotani appears again. Jiro says that he will lead the four of them to fight as leader in place of Taro.
