When two monsters start ravaging the city, the Monster Attack Team (MAT) is called in. A racing driver, Hideki Go, runs into a building to rescue a boy and his dog, but when the monster Takkong crushes the building, the rubbles collapses on Hideki, killing him! As Aki, Ken, and Jiro mourn his sudden death, an alien being grants Hideki a new life and the powers of an Ultra Hero.
