A baby is found alive, but abandoned in a high school toilet next to an abundant puddle of blood. The child belongs to Sophie, a teenager with an exemplary educational background, who even claims to have never had sex. Major Léo Mattéï, of the miners' brigade, will try to shed light on this very strange affair.
