Fight in the cabinet: Clarisse has disappeared. The young woman is wanted by the police for kidnapping her son. Munch, Aurélien and Gaspard manage to find her, and discover that she is accused of the murder of her mother-in-law. One thing leading to another, they will trace the thread of a Machiavellian crime for which Clarisse is unjustly implicated, as part of a dark story of revenge.
