Jett delivers a toy to a boy for his pet hamster - a wheel for it to run in that lights up and plays music. The hamster loves it, but trouble ensues when the hamster accidentally runs through a device that makes it huge. No longer able to fit in the light-up wheel, the hamster goes in search of a wheel more its size and finds the biggest light-up wheel around: the London Eye Ferris wheel.
