Shotaro Haruno (Katsuri Sato) was heading to his parents' house with his girlfriend Arisa Mimori (Riko Fukumoto) in a car to say hello to her parents. However, in the process, an accident occurs. When Shotaro wakes up in a hospital, he realizes that Alisa is gone, but for some reason the doctors in charge are vague and refuse to let the two meet. Before long, Shotaro notices that this hospital has a strange atmosphere. Furthermore, a certain event befalls Shotaro who sneaks into Arisa's ward.
