In the 13th season judges are mentors selecting a team of singers whose assets they believe will allow them to win the competition. Each jury member has a professional team of people from the music industry by their choice helping their contestants with vocal performance and stage appearances. In the 3rd Round judges vote on contestants performances in duels thus choosing passers for 4th Round.
