Competitors are faced with a table full of cloches and Ana Paula Padrão announces the MasterChef Auction, in which they have to buy the dishes with the test time. Each one will have to reread a typical dish from one of the five regions of Brazil. In the elimination test, aspiring chefs need to bake Saint Honoré pie, a classic French pastry consisting of a complex filling with cream, carolinas around it and caramel decorations.
