Kings and Generals historical animated documentary series on the history of the Ottoman Empire, continues with a video describing how the Ottoman sultan joined the Central Powers during World War I through the alliance with the German Empire. The video will try to show how this alliance came to be and if the German Kaiser Wilhelm II tried to use the fact that the sultan was also the caliph in order to invoke Jihad against the Entente countries to win WWI.
