In front of the teacher and classmate, a young schoolgirl Katya Khromova was abducted. Suspicion falls on the rapist Marat Petrov, who lives near the scene of the incident, but he dies during the arrest. Meanwhile, Katya's parents, Konstantin and Galina, receive a call from the kidnappers demanding a ransom.
