An elderly couple in Ohio are found slain in their home, and the violence of the crime strikes fear into the small community. Detectives race to track down the killer or killers before they can strike again. But what seems like a simple burglary gone wrong leads investigators to a mysterious, confused woman, and finally to a terrible secret that could tear the shattered family apart again.
