When Granny goes to the market for more eggs for her cupcakes, Sylvester tries to catch Tweety, but eats a cupcake decorated like Tweety instead. Tweety lands in a bowl of flour, and when Sylvester is celebrating his "victory", flour-covered Tweety appears. Sylvester believes Tweety to be a ghost, and loses eight of his nine lives trying to get away from him. Daffy Duck sees some street gum and chews it. When he throws it back on the street afterwards, the gum gets stuck to Daffy's feathers.
