Charlie Luxton meets Phil and Adrienne, who are planning a modern home in West Yorkshire. The project is made difficult by the beautiful but tricky sloping plot, but they are not easily dissuaded. However, as they set about building, a family tragedy looks set to stop them in their tracks.
