Four smiths must know the drill when they’re tasked with forging a canister damascus blade using different sized drill bits. But when a tough round of fighting forge welds and chasing parameters takes one smith out of the competition – only three are left standing. After a nail biting round of testing – two head back to their home forges to recreate a brutal slicer from Central Africa: the Boa-Zande sword.
