Revvin' Evan learns to fly from Herky after he attaches a balloon to him, so he can fly over the hills to witness a spectacle of hot air balloons. But when all goes wrong and Evan goes out of control, Herky learns that Evan is fine on the ground, and using their own strengths is what makes them both feel special.
