Heather is confident that Ian can help them reconnect with Karen, a loose end from their past. Andrea, however, shares a memory of a redheaded woman who looked after her when she was a child. Heather dismisses the memory, but as soon as Andrea leaves, Heather retrieves Ians quartz and kisses it.
