Christian is panic-stricken: he suspects he has testicular cancer, but it is actually scrotal sack inflammation. His urologist tries to calm him down. However, the opposite is the case, because Christian surprises the doctor by doing coke and now he is convinced that he has been given a wrong diagnosis. Meanwhile, Emily and her girls go to a spa, and Emily asks Christian to take care of Muriel's friend Jacob. But Christian and Fahri find him really stupid.
