Alistair Appleton accompanies a couple on a North Yorkshire house hunt. They are calling time on running a guest house in the city and have a £650 000 budget to find a rural family home with business potential. Whilst in the county, Alistair also pays a visit to a heritage train line and helps the team to get their impressive locomotives fired up for the start of the tourist season.
