Seventeen years ago, Meg and Neal, with two young kids, bought this split-level home in a family friendly neighborhood. While Meg and Neal love their neighborhood, Meg wants their house to take a hike. With one son in college and the second soon to follow, Meg sees an opportunity to downsize.
