Emily is upset when Mike tells her he intends to sue Ken for the slamming story he wrote about Mike running a sweat shop and if that wasn't enough he plans to call Emily as a witness. Sally takes Gina to the Magistrates Court and Gina is fined £100 and put on probation. Sally has to promise to look after her and let her live with her at No. 13, which does not please Kevin.
