Ellen Schwab and Don Kozerski love living in the Bay Area of northern California, and each has their own place. Now, they're looking for a second home that they'll share in Napa Valley. Hoping for a three-bedroom, two-bedroom home, they're also looking for space for their hobbies and a kitchen large enough to entertain guests. With wine country real estate specialist Robert Pursell on board, they hope their budget of $1.5 million will get them the Napa getaway of their dreams.
