The Shimogamo brothers and Gyokuran see Yajiro off at Kyoto Station, however their mother was nowhere to be found. Yasaburo is a little disheartened by his brother’s departure, but then is met with even more trouble when he finds out that Akadama-sensei refuses to be the observer to see who will be the next Trick Magister.
