It's midday and 29-year-old James and his faithful companion - dog Ruby - are on their way to a skating comp. The laid-back linesman is also an aspiring tattoo artist and claims that cannabis inspires his creativity. Trouble is, after a night of creative toking and tattooing James and his dog Ruby might be off the road for quite some time.
