Jim and Maureen moved with their 3 sons from Colorado to the Seattle suburbs for his job in the tech industry. But even with a budget of $600,000, finding a house that works for their active family of five has been a challenge. They need rooms large enough to accommodate their oversized furniture, as well as a three car garage so that one bay can store Jim's many boxes of books.
