Newlyweds, Thomas and Kelly, want to buy a home in Folsom, California, that can accommodate their combined 5 children. Their biggest challenge may be that Thomas wants to a ranch style house with a lot of land, while Kelly wants a Mediterranean style house in a community with neighbors close by.
