Nicholas and Tyler want very different types of homes in Chicago. Tyler, who loves Chicago architecture, is pushing for a turn-of-the-century brownstone with wood floors and a fireplace. As a real estate agent, Nicholas knows that vintage homes come with smaller bedrooms and closets, so he wants a brand-new high-rise with a doorman and a pool.
