Two twins, Haruhiko and Akihiko Beppu, transfers into Binan High School, attracting the attention of overweight, beauty-obssessed student Tsukurou Osou. After charming most of the school, the twins, also known as Galaxy Vepper, transform Osou into a Tofu Monster, which is soon defeated by the Battle Lovers.
