While visiting Takeru’s model shop, Akira makes a new friend, Mamoru, the son of the space engineer Dr. Morita. On his way to meet his son that afternoon, Dr. Morita is kidnapped by Garoga agents and taken to their underground base. When his father fails to arrive, Takeru and Akira walk Mamoru back home, where he receives a phone call informing him his father’s car was discovered on the peak at Mt. Fuji!
