This is fun program that stars Sheldon Leonard as Hardwick Harris. Harris is a hobo, riding the rails from location to location, but every Christmas Eve, no matter where he is, the local post office will have a general delivery letter for him containing $50. This year the sheriff finds it a little strange that Harris doesn't even know the name of the city he's in and yet has mail waiting. He runs him in, in a bid to keep his freedom Hardwick tells the story of a short order cook in a diner he once met who could see into the future.
