It's late at night on one of the most dangerous roads on the city's outskirts. Senior Constable Brien has attended too many fatal accidents on this stretch of road and he doesn't want to see any more. He and partner Constable Wakefield are stunned when they clock a young P-plater driving thirty-five kilometers over his limit with three young passengers in the car.
